Once you have gone through those options, you might want to consider posting your resume there so that some businesses will be able to find you. Many companies will simply scan the posted resumes in hopes of finding just the right person, without ever posting their employment ad to the public. You want to make sure that you are keeping all options open.

You will also want to make sure that you are talking with everyone you know about the fact that you have trained as a medical coder and that you are now looking for work.
